In 2018, ISO filed its most recent multi-state changes to the Personal Auto Policy. Although it has been several years since this filing, this is still the most current wording. And some carriers didn’t adopt this wording until a couple years ago – so you definitely want to take part in this session.
Insurance Services Office (ISO) filed 30 changes to its personal auto program effective September 1, 2018. Nine changes are being made to the base PAP form itself and 21 endorsements were either revised, removed or created.
Exclusions previously requiring the attachment of three endorsements are now included in the base PAP. Additionally, this filing:
